5Is the car's language in Chinese?

Yes, since the car is a Chinese version, the language defaults to Chinese.

But we can look for engineers to change its system language through technical means. This may require some service fees.

If it is a language that comes with the system, such as English, it is not required. Please communicate with our business manager for details.

6Can I have a price list of all your models?

Since we have a large number of models, and the price is often changed, the price on the list may not be accurate enough. I suggest that you better give us the list of models you need, so that we can provide a more accurate quotation.

7Why is the price of the same car constantly changing?

1. Our company has close links with many manufacturers, who can offer our company great discounts.
But this discount varies from time to time.
So it might be unpleasant for you. Our company formally apologize to you for the misunderstanding.

2. Changes in exchange rates and logistics transportation costs will also lead to changes in vehicle quotations.

8What kind of cars do you have in stock now？

Most models we have in stock, but some popular models and new models need to be ordered. If you have a list of models you are interested in, please send it to us and we will check the inventory and quotation for you.

9What’s in your contract?

When you confirm the car and are satisfied with our price, we can sign a contract. We will make a SC and PI for you.
The contract will list the payment method, our receiving bank, delivery time, product information and so on.
Within three days after signing the contract, you need to pay the deposit (according to the payment method of the contract).
After you pay the deposit, We will send you the VIN and the video including the VIN, so that you can see the overall condition of the car. After the VIN video is sent to you, it means that the car is yours, and you need to pay the balance.

10How are the prices on your website converted from CNY to USD?

The prices marked on our website are calculated based on the CNY to USD exchange rate of 7.2.
